Renovated in fall 2023, the 1st floor showcases a sleek black and grey aesthetic. This unit offers 4 private suites, a waiting room, a bathroom with a fully stocked feminine hygiene cart, and a break room equipped with a microwave, fridge, air fryer, double sink, and bar seating.
